2.7 - Scope

HTML is not a programming language.

HTML is a method of the displaying content (documents). It does not provide the ability to store data, make decisions, or interact with the user.

JavaScript is the programming language of the Internet and (at the time of this writing) is the most used programming language in the world.

In order to create interactivity, we use the scripting language JavaScript - which is not related to Java at all.
