Study Habit Tips

Some links on proper study habits:
Hundreds of scientific studies basically say the same things:
  • Eat healthy food and do not stray from this.
  • Get proper, regular sleep (and not just the night before the exam).
  • Study in chunks, take breaks. (50-10 rule or 25-5, etc)
  • Repeat what you studied to someone else. Go over topics a few times.
  • Create study notes but also try to recite with your eyes closed.
  • Test yourself or have someone test you.
  • Turn off your phone. No, not on silent. OFF.
